Integration of LeadLab into Hubspot

If you use HubSpot’s CRM system, you have the option of automatically integrating the data from LeadLab into it. If you wish to do this, the first step is to contact our support team to set up this function for you.

The first step is to integrate LeadLab with your HubSpot account. To do this, you must have an admin user on LeadLab to use the integration option. If you do not have this and need it, please contact our support team to adjust the changes.


On LeadLab, navigate to Configuration -> Integration. Now click on “Add” in the top right-hand corner.

Now click on Authenticate and you will be redirected to HubSpot

Here you will be asked to log in to your HubSpot user and you will receive this window. Now click on Choose Account

Once you have selected your account, you are logged in to HubSpot, where you can approve the authorization to connect LeadLab to HubSpot. To do this, click on Link app

After your approval, you will finally be redirected back to LeadLab, where you will see that the code has been created, you now select the mandatory field for the selected account and create user, and click on Save. This also means that each HubSpot integration is user-specific and not at account level, so that only the user who has set up the integration can actually use it.

If you now go to the company overview, you can also select the measured value for Hubspot and it will be displayed whether a company has already been linked to Hubspot or not yet

Manual linking of companies from LeadLab to HubSpot

If you have evaluated certain companies on LeadLab and would like to integrate them into your HubSpot account, you can do this simply by clicking on the icon on the HubSpot measurement.

You can also enter several companies at the same time by selecting the relevant entries and then clicking on Export and from then on you can integrate the companies.

HubSpot CRM Automation

You can set up a HubSpot CRM automation, where you can of course also set up filters. This way, all new activities of your already connected companies are automatically categorized from LeadLab to HubSpot on a daily basis.

A HubSpot CRM automation will not create new entries on your HubSpot account (you can do this manually, individually or all together, as mentioned above) this will only capture the visit behavior and update it in your CRM system.
